Tony
Rhodes
Managing
Director/Owner.
Tony is a fully licensed plumber and has 27 years experience
in the plumbing industry.
Tony commenced as an apprentice plumber with Mullanes and
held positions in estimating, supervision, operations and
management and has been the Managing Director for the past
sixteen years.
Tony is the current President of the Newcastle Master Builders
Association, and a past President of the Rotary Club of Newcastle.
Tony and Tania Rhodes purchased the business from Mullane
family in 2001. |
Dean Lawrence
Financial
Controller.
Dean is a fully qualified accountant and commenced with Mullane's
in 2004.
Dean brings to Mullane's expert knowledge in financial management,
taxation, budgeting and financial analysis of projects and
capital acquisitions.
Dean holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, is a Chartered Accountant,
Registered Tax Agent and a Justice of the Peace, and a proud
father of two boys. |
Belinda
Smith
General Manager - Mullane Maintenance.
Belinda commenced with Mullane's in 1995 as a receptionist.
Following various administrative roles Belinda then began
managing the maintenance department in 2000.
Under Belinda's direction the Maintenance Department enjoyed
average growth of 20% per annum and in 2005 became a stand
alone company, Mullane Maintenance.
Belinda is the 2005 Panasonic Young Business Woman of the
Year, is currently studying for a Masters of Business Administration
and the proud mother of one. |
Matthew
Bailey
General
Manager - Mullane Construction Plumbing.
Matt is a fully licensed Plumber with 18 years experience
in the plumbing industry, and was recently made General Manager
of Mullane Construction Plumbing.
Matt commenced as an apprentice plumber with Mullane's in
1989 and commenced estimating in 1995. Becoming the senior
estimator in 1999 Matthew has tendered scores of large projects
whilst also managing dozens of construction plumbing works.
Matt's recent successes have included projects such as the
Mater Hospital, Bathurst Hospital, RAAF Base Williamtown,
John Hunter Hospital - Bone and joint Clinic and several large
residential apartment developments in the Newcastle Region.
Matt is also a proud father of 2 children. |

Paul
Tinsey
Project Manager - Mullane Construction Plumbing.
Paul is a fully licensed plumber and has 20 years experience
in the plumbing industry.
Paul commenced as an apprentice plumber with Mullane's in
1986 and graduated to site foreman in 1995, Paul oversaw
projects such as several Coles Supermarket refurbishments
in metropolitan and regional NSW as well as the Central
Coast Leagues Club.
Becoming a project manager in 2001 Paul has managed a large
variety of projects such as Newcastle Private Hospital,
CSIRO, John Hunter Hospital - Bone and Joint Centre, Mater
Hospital and Bathurst Hospital.

Brad
Garrard
General
Manager - Mullane Plumbers.
Brad is a fully licensed plumber and has 12 years experience
in the plumbing industry.
Brad commenced as an apprentice plumber with Mullane's in
1994 and worked successfully in maintenance and construction
plumbing until 2001 when he was appointed Project Manager.
Brad's recent successes include projects in diverse locations
such as Lake Macquarie Private Hospital, GLACIA House Tuncurry,
Ronald McDonald House (at the John Hunter Hospital) St Catherine's
College at Singleton, Unit Development at Mardi and Newcastle
University Ourimbah Campus.
Brad is also a happy and proud father of two beautiful girls. |
Lloyd
Williams
General Manager - Mullane Infrastructure.
Lloyd
commenced with Mullanes as an apprentice of Hunter Group
Training and in this time won the Hunter Valley Apprentice
Award of the Year on two separate occasions.
Following
completion of his apprenticeship and several years in the
field, Lloyd moved into the role of Plumbing Supervisor
in our Maintenance Department, which also involved managing
a major Hunter Water Contract.
Successful management of this contract quickly evolved into
a full time role for Lloyd, leading to Mullanes winning
significantly more contracts in sewer, stormwater and watermain
installations throughout the Hunter Valley.
In 2005 Mullane Infrastructure became a stand alone company
under the H L Mullane banner, with Lloyd also acting as
Project Manager and Estimator of this area.
