Mullane Foundation
"The more you give, the more you get" this statement underpins everything we do at Mullane and we count ourselves particularly fortunate that we are able to give more than most.
The Mullane foundation was set up to formalize our giving to the community and to inspire us to contribute to those less fortunate in a structured, effective way. Each year we give back more than 5% of our net return in both donations to established charities and hands on assistance to people in need.

Recent projects and causes to which we have contributed include :-

Embogo School, Papua New Guinea :- The small community of Embogo on the North coast of PNG was devastated by Cyclone Guba in November 2007. In 2008 a team from Mullane visited to restore drinking water, repair roofs, classrooms and dormitories. Thanks to our efforts over 240 students are now back at school and living on site. In April 2010 we delivered a new water tank, pump, generator, water pipe, WC Cisterns, school desks and chairs. Our next team will soon return to restore a reticulated water supply for student showering and toilets (they currently wash in the nearby river).

We also have this year assisted Water Aid, Camp Quality, Rotary, Kidsafe, Westpac Rescue Helicopter, Leukaemia Foundation, Cancer Council, Breast Cancer Foundation, Prostate Cancer Foundation, Sids and Kids as well as various local schools and sporting organizations.
