Tony is a fully licensed plumber with over 30 years experience in the industry

Tony commenced his apprenticeship with Mullane in 1979, after gaining experience in field work, estimating, supervision and operations, Tony has been managing director since 1990

Tony is a past president of both Newcastle Master Builders Association and Rotary Club of Newcastle and still serves on the board of both organisations today

After many years in partnership with the Mullane family, total ownership of the business transferred to Tony and Tania Rhodes in 2001

Tony & Tania are proud parents of four wonderful young adults Luke, Natasha, Jake & Ethan.

Belinda Smith
General Manager - Mullane Maintenance Pty Ltd

Belinda commenced with Mullane's in 1995 as a receptionist. Following various administrative roles Belinda then began managing the maintenance department in 2000.

Under Belinda's direction the Maintenance Department enjoyed growth averaging 20% per annum and in 2005 became a stand alone company, Mullane Maintenance. This growth has seen the diversity of the company expand to include plumbing, roofing and electrical maintenance.

Belinda's team currently comprises a team of 40 management personnel, tradespeople and apprentices.

Belinda's other achievements to date include being the 2005 recipient of the Telstra Business Womens Awards - National Young Business Woman of the Year, completing a Masters of Business Administration (Merit) in 2008 and acting as a director of the Hunter Medical Research Institute Foundation board.

Belinda and her husband Adam are also the proud parents of 2 young boys Harry & Oliver.

Brad Garrard
General Manager - Mullane Plumbers Pty Ltd

Brad is the General Manager of the successful Mullane Plumbers / Mullane Mid-North Coast plumbing companies.

Brad commenced his apprenticeship with Mullane in 1994 and worked in all areas of construction plumbing until 2001 when he moved into a project managing role. During his time as a project manager he successfully managed projects such as Harvey Norman Rutherford, Singleton Army Base Armoury Museum, Woodberry Family Centre, ST Mary's High School - Gateshead, Dominican Sisters Convent, Glasshouse Office Development - Wickham and the Maitland Regional Art Gallery.

In 2005 Brad was appointed as General Manager of Mullane Plumbers Pty Ltd. Mullane Plumbers specialise in providing plumbing installations to small to medium construction projects.
In 2009 Brad's vision for geographical expansion, growth opportunities on the NSW Mid-North Coast and the recruitment of several great people from this area resulted in the opening of a new office at Port Macquarie.

Brad is a committee member of the NSW MBA "Hunter Division" and an active member of the Hunter Business Boardriders Association.

Brad is happily married to Nicky and is also the proud father of 2 beautiful girls, Taylah and Olivia.

Lloyd Williams
General Manager - Mullane Infrastructure Pty Ltd

Lloyd commenced with Mullane as an apprentice in 1999 and during his apprenticeship won the Hunter Valley Apprentice Award of the Year on two separate occasions.

Following completion of his apprenticeship and several years in the field, Lloyd moved into the role of Plumbing Supervisor in our Maintenance Department, which also involved managing a major contract for the Hunter Water Corporation.

Successful management of this contract quickly evolved into a full time role for Lloyd, leading to Mullane securing more contracts in sewer, stormwater and water main installations throughout the Hunter Valley.

In 2005 Mullane Infrastructure became an independent company within the H L Mullane group with Lloyd as General Manager and Estimator.

Lloyd's attributes the success of Mullane Infrastructure to the team he has around him and their dedication to achieving great results.

Lloyd is happily married to Helen and is also the proud father of 2 beautiful girls, Lucy and Laura.

Matthew Bailey
General Manager - Mullane Construction Plumbing Pty Ltd

Matthew Bailey is the General Manager of Mullane Construction Plumbing.

Matt Bailey is a fully licensed plumber with 21 years experience in the plumbing and construction industry.

Commencing his apprenticeship as a plumber with Mullane's in 1989, Matt was introduced to the estimating team in 1995, becoming Senior Estimator in 1999.

In 2005 Matt was appointed the General Manager of Mullane Construction Plumbing.
Matt has successfully tendered over 1,000 large projects and also has extensive experience in Project Management.

Matt's recent successes have included projects such as the Charlestown Square Redevelopment, Kooragang Coal Loader, Mater Hospital and several large residential developments in the Newcastle Region.

Matt and his wife Karen are proud parents of 2 beautiful boys Tom and Archie.

Bradley Brown
Financial Controller.

Brad is a fully qualified accountant and commenced with Mullane in 2008.
Brad brings an expert knowledge in financial reporting and management, budgeting, cost accounting, financial analysis of projects and capital acquisitions to the Mullane team.

Brad holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Economics and over ten years experience in his field.

Recently engaged to the lovely Sue-Ellen, Brad is a keen touch footy player and AFL fan.
